This product is compatible with all types of acrylic emulsion finishes. Special wetting agents allow for the penetration and sealing of microscopic pores and ridges of non-resilient floor surfaces. Especially useful as a base coat on old worn VCT, Linoleum, and asphalt tiles prior to application of floor finish.
